So my original order came in one package and there was rust on the threads of some of the grommets so I sent them back. The second order also comes in a package, but it gets dirty and rips in shipping, which is why you get those messy looking tips. They really need to work on their presentation/packaging lest you end up with a product that looks so cheap/dirty/used and shabby! The only reason I initially buy these (and I'm sure others do too) is because the aesthetics match the rest of my car, but what you get isn't very pleasing to the eye. I'll keep them anyway because I'm too lazy to send another package back to Amazon and I really need these cleats for my new tires/wheels (better than nothing).
