I bought this to replace a worn part in my SpotBot Pet. There's nothing special about that. This is the original part, it fits as expected. Installation is very simple: you simply press the plastic tab that holds your brush in place, remove it, and then insert the new part in place of the old one. really doesn't say much. The brush handle and spray nozzle itself are made of flimsy, cheap plastic and are very easy to break from constantly rubbing the carpet back and forth. Unfortunately there is really nothing you can do about it. The quality of the part (and the SpotBot Pet itself) just doesn't meet the requirements for its intended purpose. If you are replacing the brush I would recommend replacing the hose as well as frequent heavy use will lead to mold growth. While this does not reduce performance, it is very unsightly and unsanitary. The SpotBot Pet itself is prone to cracking and leaking. I replaced a few parts on mine to save some money, but depending on how damaged your device is, it may be more convenient to buy a new SpotBot pet than replacing broken parts.
