For the last 25 years we have had a great breakwater that we have only replaced because we needed to drain it and it was obsolete . outlived its warranty. We filled it to a comfortable firmness (1 inch above the frame height above) and the mattress was unduly rippled even after its guts had been expanding for a week. The seller told us to drain the mattress to the level of the frame to mitigate the effect of the waves. We leaked. Water as instructed and the ripple motion is slightly reduced (less rippled than a full motion, but hardly a 95% reduction), but it's so soft it's uncomfortable to sit to read and takes a lot more effort to get around to come out Not terrible but not a good experience with our last mattress (unfortunately no longer made) After 3 months of trying we give up and try a new brand and supplier More to come.
