Haven't had a chance to use them for a run but I put them on for a recent jump rope and they stayed in place and Job. They are comfortable to wear and allow me to listen to my podcasts while vacuuming or doing other noisy activities. I didn't have any connection problems. I'm not a music lover and I'm not very picky about sound quality, but as far as I can tell they sound great. They block out the noise around me well, but if I turn the volume down a bit I can still generally hear what's going on around me, which I like. The sound is clear and the sound levels/layers are even/distinct if that makes sense. Battery life is good. I always put them back in their case when I'm done, but I can use them for hours and they don't die (they haven't died for me yet). I've only had to connect the case once since I've had it and I use it fairly regularly. Don't waste your money on more expensive headphones if you just need something to listen to music with while exercising, cleaning up or doing something active, this will help.
