This arrived quickly, fits as expected and is water repellent as advertised. Times: unlined sleeves. I live on the coast of central Oregon. It's mostly wet all the time. So you tend to make decisions when you go out based on whether or not getting wet is important to you. If you care, put on your big ol' coat and go. If not, just go out without a coat and get wet. The older I get, the less I like the "I'm just getting wet" option. So I figured it would work well in scenarios where I would normally just suffer from wetness. It was small and light and would have been a quick way to stay dry without overheating. Only the sleeves are not lined. Head into the garage until you get there it sticks to your hands like a wetsuit. It's not the rain outside. This is due to trapped moisture *within* the coat. So as soon as the waterproof material comes into contact with your hands, it sticks to them. What an uncomfortable feeling. In fact, the feeling is almost the same as "I can't wait to get this thing off me." Therefore, it's useless on days when the temperature indicates short sleeves but the clouds indicate rain. I'll keep it both at lower temperatures. It's easier than dealing with a thick coat for quick outdoor adventures. But it's not as functional as I had hoped.
