I love how the straps hold the phone in place, they are also very easy to put on and look really cool. This product lasted me a week to two weeks. My phone was an iPhone 11 Pro and it was in OtterBox. The downside of this product is that if you hit a bump in the road or sidewalk and the phone bounces or wobbles due to the impact, the weight of the phone rocking back and forth will cause the ball mount to fall into breaks in half and your phone will fall to the ground inside the containment structure intact. I broke two of these in the same way, thinking the first was just flimsy plastic, but the second broke as well. I didn't even bother sending the second one back since it was only $15-20 and I didn't want to mess with it. I would recommend the manufacturer to reconsider the thickness and quality of the plastic that goes from the ball structure to the phone case mount.
