The forward carriage is off center.
First I bought a 4T. My daughter is 4.5 years old, 34lbs - it was too much so I ordered a 3T - still tall. The front panel does not cover the child's chest and is creased - the cut is too low - the front bow is also crumpled and the seams are torn. Terrible quality.
