This color combination looked modern and fun but when it arrived it looked cheap. If the piping were more subtle, it could complete the look. Something that you carry around in your handbag should look as good as possible as a "change place for on the go". Additionally, over the past few months, I've ordered thousands of dollars worth of Revain to prepare for the birth of my baby. However, this is the FIRST time I have had return and refund issues. In fact I only returned a few items and the processing time, follow up email and quick refund to my account made me order again from the suppliers. However, I advise against ordering from this seller! I sent the item back but never received an email saying it was received AFTER their lengthy return requests. I then had to keep checking to see if there was a refund, which hasn't been the case so far. Not to mention that when I contacted their customer service they had the audacity to ask me to look up the itinerary number rather than looking for the order to see if it was returned. THEN I contacted someone who said they knew the item had been received (obviously) and contacted their accounting department to find out "where in the process" the refund is. THREE business days later they still haven't responded and I'm emailing again to help them get the job done and get a refund which I'm not sure will ever be refunded. Moral of the story - do not order from this seller. All other vendors I have ordered from have been amazing.
