The material is very soft. It doesn't feel like a premium spotter, but it doesn't feel cheap either. The cleavage is super cute. My daughter is medium height and we bought the 7/8 - it fits her perfectly. So I recommend getting one size larger. I don't like it when girls' dresses are cropped and the length is perfect for a size up. The color is exactly the same as shown in the picture - bright red with a slight orange tinge.
