This arrived so vacuum packed that when I first opened the box I thought it felt cheap. But when I washed it, it miraculously fluffed up. Very thick fleece with "fur" inside. I use mine every morning at 15-20 degrees to walk my dogs and it really warms my face. My friend took the second. In the winter he works outside on a construction site and says he's warmer in it than a Carhartt neck.
