I knew this skirt had a high waist, so I made it bigger so I could wear it too can wear below waist . I ordered this in a medium size when I normally wear a size small and was able to do just that. The skirt has a really cool design and isn't too tight at the bottom so it's easy to move around in. I just wish it was longer.
