For functionality, I give 100%

I love the two exterior pockets (one zipped and the other with Velcro) on either side for credit cards and a cell phone. Then there are two other compartments, the middle one being quite roomy to hold albuterol, hand sanitizer, a mask, less used cards and an internal zipped pocket for carrying cash. This is not a stylish bag. It is made very simply but perfect for my need to have separate but quick and easy access to credit cards and phone. Personally, I also prefer shoulder bags.
