Works well. for foot, hand and nail care

My feet were in very bad condition. I considered going to a podiatrist as I felt they would not help me. I had a pedicure and my feet looked fine for a few days but then they looked awful again. I used this file for about 30 minutes, took a bath and lotioned my feet. My legs looked GREAT. Best $3.17 I've spent in years.
