Works well but not for as long as I expected

So far I've used a 17mm socket to remove and replace 4 tires. so about 40 lagnates on or off. The white sleeve is wrinkled and quite dirty and has fallen out of place, which I don't think should be. Not sure what to expect given the price. However, I suspect that the plastic bushing will continue to prevent damage in the wheel lug area.
