My rescue dog (Jack) is quite shy and definitely helps a lot when adults/kids come up and pet him; He is friendly but scared when people approach him and has to put up with them in his time. We live in an apartment so we walk a lot every day and his fear of people is improving. I definitely think this leash helped make that possible. It's bright, the letters are easy to read on either side of the leash, the wrist strap is really comfortable, and the extra padding will definitely appreciate it if he sees another dog and tries to pounce on it. It's really durable, and while Jack thought it was part of playtime on several occasions, it hasn't worn off at all, even with this tug-of-war champion.
