Review on 💁 Panasonic EH2351AC Silicone Wand-Style Heated Eyelash Curler Comb with Non-Stick Technology by Janet Harris

I have tried two types of heated eyelash curlers. Blue arrow is Panasonic Wand device, pink arrow is Touch Beauty Heated Eyelash Curler TB-2003A, I look down, slightly down, straight ahead and up for comparison. I used eyelash primer and waited. dry it. I then used this Panasonic device in one eye and Touch Beauty in the other eye and couldn't see any noticeable difference in either eye. Then I applied a coat of mascara and really saw the difference between the two! I tried again after my waterproof mascara dried but it wasn't worth it, there was no visible difference at the time and it's messy so don't. no worries. Immediately after the primer was enough. She applied another layer of mascara. Mind you I used old mascara which also dries out - I threw it away! So if I use my regular mascara it will most likely look even more dramatic. I recommend! Sent another unit back because it didn't work.
