In my assessment too little.

I love these slippers. I have had several pairs and bought them as gifts for several family members. When I saw there were child sizes I ordered a pair for my 3 year old. I was disappointed to find that the Keens sizing was at least a full size smaller than other kids' running shoes we've had from Oshkosh and adidas. I had to send them back. Larger sizes are not available. So crazy.

Pros

I am female 7 and youth 6 fits like a glove. Convenient and great for taking around the house or running errands.

Cons

minimalism. The design of the shoes is quite simple and minimalistic. This may not appeal to buyers looking for shoes with a more sophisticated style or design.
