I think the tape is scratched.
The strap is hard and scratchy, only rubs against the inside of the foot and the toe when trying on. It didn't seem to soften or stretch out over time so I went back. It's also very difficult to set up.

- Easy customization. I really liked the pattern on the braid - excellent summer sandals. They look very durable and functional.
