Numerous issues with this product: This review is for the 8 jet bronze model with rubbed oil1. The jet from the nozzles is uneven. Some people get good water, some don't. It reminds me of a shower head that has been calcified for over 5 years and half the jets are working properly. This is what you get with this item right out of the box. Your answer is to remove the flow restrictor that came with it. Why should I remove the water saver to make water flow through each nozzle in sequence?2. The distance between the neck of the shower head and the base is too small. This limits the movement you can make when moving the shower head up and down from left to right. If you like spraying the shower cleaner, then rinse it off the floor/walls by moving the shower head. You're out of luck with that.3. The exit is bad. The bronze finish on the face will peel off in a week. And it scratches very easily when you try to install it. Even a very light touch of the wrench caused scratches. Overall poor design with poor quality control.
