I wanted this to work for me. I like the sleek look and the mounting options. I also like the Type-C USB connection. But it only opens up to 3 3/8 inches, so it doesn't fit into a Galaxy Note 9 with an Otterbox case without UNWANTED force/excitement. In the world of big phones, I think that's a terrible oversight. I can't use it, so I'll be back. Despite this, I have experienced the best customer service while working with this company. They did their best to please me. It doesn't change the fact that my phone/case doesn't fit, but still worth mentioning. If your phone and case are less than 3 3/8 inches this is a fantastic mount backed by phenomenal customer service.
