These strips are different from the whitening strips I buy (a popular brand in pharmacies and elsewhere) because they just stick and melt in your mouth. Nothing detaches after 15 minutes, which seems like a better concept than the ones that require you to detach afterwards. The strips are thin and tiny and most likely match the row of teeth. No need to fold or store, no bulky feeling. Once you stick them on, your mouth will be dry and the strips will stick to the inside of your mouth. I didn't want to move my mouth too much while the strips were working so my mouth got even drier. I only use these strips on the second day, and although the instructions say to use them twice a day, I only do it once a day because I'm concerned about tooth sensitivity. After 15 minutes I rinsed my mouth out with tap water and the water made my teeth a bit sensitive. After that I felt good. I think these strips are great and can't wait to see the results after 4 weeks. The directions state that with twice daily use you will see it whiten up to 7 shades after two weeks. There are 56 strips in the pack. The best before date is printed on each foil pouch (every 56 pouches). My only feedback for improving this product is that they could have put two strips in each foil pouch instead of one just to reduce waste. I have to say that Moon's outer packaging and individual strip packs already seem to use a lot less material than big name brands, but it would be even better if they put two strips in the pack as most people will be bleaching the top and bottom . teeth together.
