I was an ASUS user for a long time until today's dead graphics card rubbish support. I just need to do a simple RMA, but that's not possible with these people. After telling myself I clicked the wrong option, I received a link that went ANYWHERE. So back to the chat queue. Later someone finally showed up and then disconnected. So I said ok I'll try to do an RMA online and turn off the junk support. According to the RMA form, my serial number has already been used. GREAT! So I try AMAZING GARBAGE CHAT SUPPORT a third time. I'm not sure why you don't get a graphics card. I even tried to fill out the online form but it says my serial number has already been used for a return. I was then told to just call 1-800. ALL BECAUSE THEY ARE GARBAGE. I NEED an RMA ONLY FOR THE WARRANTY LABOR CARD. I WILL NEVER BUY AN ASUS PRODUCT AGAIN!
