These are men's sized knives. Works well and the serrated edge is sharpened to the correct profile. Damn!; I also use it for work in the kitchen. I tip my hat to the artist who made it. I did a PMI for this and the carbon content was around 440C-. I thought it was made in Germany but it's German steel. (made in China) I went back and checked. I could not verify whether the steel came from Germany with PMI, but it is good steel. Do not throw these knives in the dishwasher. This is a quality knife. Time will tell how the blade will hold up. I would never give away a Chinese knife, but I would consider this one. - Excellent fast delivery service.
