Review on Black Decker 24427600 Edge Guide by Liz Walker

The locking ring that held the edge guide in place did not fit the plastic stand, causing the edge guide to keep falling off and getting stuck in the edge cutter. I took the edger to Dewalt to have the edger repaired per Black & Decker's instructions and I even gave them a protective cover. Dewalt said the warranty was voided because I tried to install the new edge guide on the plastic post, so I paid Dewalt Factory Service #049 in Capitol Heights, Maryland $32.24 to have the new plastic post installed. It took them 2 weeks to fix the edger. Haven't used the Edger yet as I only picked it up on October 14th.
