There are far better options
The lumbar support is weak, it's just a very thin mesh in front of a curved piece of uncomfortable plastic. The web is doing nothing and is already wearing out and falling apart. Easy to assemble but missing a screw. It also needs to be tightened constantly. The handle that prevents the chair from tipping back has always been hanging by a thread since it was installed. It fails and I relapse at least once a day. I literally minimize the use of this chair because it's so hard to find comfort in it. This is more trouble than help.
