Review on Jero TR Soft Santoku Hollow by Amanda Reynolds

Great knife, perfect size for my needs. Lighter weight than my old knives which makes them much easier to handle for me as at 81 I don't have the strength in my hands to handle heavier ones safely. I like the shape of the blade, it works well for vegetables and fruit. It was very handy and the shape of the blade was perfect for slicing and serving the cake. I usually use a circular server but couldn't find one and because it was handy I used it and it made the task neat and easy. The price is great.
