These are small and handy heat sinks. The tape adhesion really only works decently if the entire surface has a flat surface to mate with, which is my only gripe. I've used some of these thermal pads over 6.0 W/mK with great results as well; I usually go this route when I have several small pieces of different heights in a small area covered only by a heatsink. I take a razor and microsurgery the thermal pad to cut it into different component heights to allow the heatsink to sit flat. Works great. Good deal and recommended.
