Both parts work very well
Installation was easy and I love that they fit my e-bike perfectly. They seem solid enough (the phone holder is actually metal). The cup holder isn't as flexible but will hold some of my favorite travel mugs. I just wouldn't overdo it. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it!
