problem = poor adhesion! (This later resulted in cable damage; see edit below). It's easy to install and has worked flawlessly so far. But on the other hand, it's obvious he'd appreciate some extra tape/glue because it's a bit "out of bounds". So just grab some glue or extra tape to make sure it sticks really well. But if you're not a perfectionist, it will still do its job. Just be careful when removing old glass. EDIT: After a few weeks, poor adhesion caused the screen to move and damaged the cables. After that it stopped working and I had to buy a new one. I would recommend adding extra glue or avoiding it.
