Review on Burts Bees Willow Exfoliating Facial by Amanda Estrada

Combination skin prone to acne. love this product

My skin in general: dry, eczema, itchy and very, very sensitive (thanks to genetics!) My facial skin: acne prone, oily T-zone, dry in places (edges of mouth, cheeks, sides of face ), frequent pimples, blackheads, everything works. I have tried many different products and first tried this deep cleanser on a whim maybe 5-6 years ago. I didn't know at first how much I liked it, I just knew that it was sparkling and creamy and all. Then I switched to other products for a good 2-3 years. When I tried these other products, they really dried out my skin and didn't leave it feeling fresh and tight. This cleansing cream keeps my skin clear for the most part (I have to use a spot on acne cream for a few nights) and I haven't had any negative reactions to it, which is rare for people with extremely sensitive skin. I also use it on my neck when it's itchy and it cools my skin a bit. Because it doesn't lather like a regular cleanser, it doesn't dry out my skin. In fact, in my experience, it fills it up and the menthol gives it a fresh feel. Smells nice without much odor and feels gentle on my skin. While it doesn't remove blackheads, it does keep things going as I don't get any major breakouts in the process. I've been a fan for about 5 years and will always have this on hand. Thank you BB!
