This spray smells bad. My 9 week old German Shepherd will bark at anything sprayed on but that doesn't necessarily stop her from biting. She bites the edges of my oriental rug, my wooden floor, wooden chairs, the armrest of my chair, even the metal rods of her drawer, she also likes to put rocks in her mouth and eat dirt. I put something on an old sock to smell it, she grabbed the sock and took it away. When this spray is used with a loud command and a nudge it seems to work, she will walk away to protest but may come back to it in a day or two. aggressive biter I don't think this will work on its own. I think if the spray was stronger it would have burned her mouth or hurt her digestive system. I haven't escaped any serious injury.
