Not recommended for washing

If you don't use a separate cup to fill the granules before hitting the washing machine , end up scattering these little things everywhere. I tried using the lid as recommended and then tried pouring into my hand. Most pellets end up on the ground. I have a cat and dog and am grateful neither of them tried to eat the pellets before I removed them from the floor. At least the ones I see. Those that end up in the washing machine don't contribute to the clothes smelling any different than the detergent. waste of money. Not recommended.
