These are NOT vinyl decals! They are cheap and thinly folded plastic. While they look fine on the original sheet, they tear easily when removed from that sheet and the printed ink peels off easily. I bought them because it said "Vinyl" and I figured they could be installed from the inside of the window and have the real picture on the outside. The sticky side is on the back like a regular sticker. So if you stick them on a window inside, they won't be too visible from the outside. I put a few on the outside of the window and they all fell off within a few hours.
