Review on 🔪 17-Piece Knife Block Set in Walnut with German Steel Forging - Cangshan S1 Series 1022599 by Steve Fields

Product: Cangshan S1 Series 1022599 Set of 17 Forged German Steel Knife Blocks Walnut Ever since we bought them in 2017 (now 2020) I felt like it was a good buy BUT lately my opinion is back to "fur". Problem: Handles are meant to crack on the ones we use the most. Check out my photos. I'm not sure what will happen once they're fully cracked, but I probably will within the next year or so Find out. We hand wash them and dry them right away (no dishwasher.) I'm writing this out of frustration because I genuinely thought they would last 20+ years instead of 5. Maybe I can get 10 years out of them. Next time I'm buying an all-metal set. maybe sooner than I thought. Good: They are big in weight and good looking. So far they have been VERY sharp.
