If you just want to protect your headphones that's fine, but if you want them to stay.

I bought this for training because I'm sweating so much that the headphones from the iPhone don't fit in my ear but it didn't help at all. After about 25 minutes of training, they fell out of my ears - the small protruding parts make them difficult to stay in the ear. If you just want to protect the earbuds then that's fine, but if you want them to stay in place they're pretty much useless.
