Received these collars just a bit early for most reviews but I have to say they are better suited for dogs 20lbs and over as they had to be modified, instead of just adjusting the straps, the Chihuahua fits. However, they stopped barking on the vibrator after I gave them a few verbal warnings. They didn't care at all for the sound signal when they were in the moment of barking. Also, you cannot control the vibration. So once your dog gets used to it, it's over. It's a pretty harsh buzz that startles the dogs, but I'm not going to shock them, and I removed the pins, so the buzz must be content. Hopefully after some use these collars will do the trick. They cost about $40 for two and are well made as far as I can tell.
