Review on πŸ”ͺ LEVINCHY Damascus Chef's Knife 8 inch: Handmade, Razor Sharp, Corrosion Resistant - Perfect for Professional Kitchens by Shaylon Bateson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Cutlery and knife accessories with excellent value for money

This knife was razor sharp. It's very light compared to typical premium Japanese knives, but I don't see a disadvantage in that. It seems to have a great advantage, and if it maintains that advantage over time through regular sharpening, it wins. especially at its amazing value. The steel appears to be of very good quality. The only weird thing is why they call it damascus steel. First, the real steel in this knife is much better than Damascus steel, and second, all stock Japanese patterned knives have this pattern. It does not come from traditional steel production

Pros
  • SUPER DAMASCUS STEEL - LEVNCHY Damascus chef's knife is made of high quality 67-layer Super Damascus steel (HRC 60Β±2) for wear resistance, durability, rust resistance, resistance to stains and discoloration guarantee.
Cons
  • Can hurt
