Although I haven't worn them for a long time, I was impressed with the fit of the pants. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. The fabric is neither stiff nor noisy. I ordered the size I normally order even though the size chart should have taken me a size up. I thought the elastic waistband would fit my larger waist and it turned out to be true. I have a 31 inch inseam and the length is perfect too. These pants appear to be of very high quality in construction and detail. I love the front zip pockets as well as the one leg pocket. Zippers on the outside of each leg but that doesn't bother me as they zip up easily. However, you might consider placing the zipper on the inseam for a smoother overall look .
