Review on πŸ”‹ Efficiently Charge Your Batteries with Decker BDCRO20C Random Battery Charger by Kory Shelton

Revainrating 3 out of 5

died 4 months later. After grinding 3 pcs. The support team took care of me by getting a new grinder.

Edit. After speaking to Black and Decker, Charla from customer service sent a new grinder a few days later, the grinder arrived and seems to be working, they also sent an extra battery. I used it today and so far so good. Let's look at durability as I still have to sand some parts of the dirt bike and will do a 3rd finish once the project is complete. In that regard, they get 5 stars for the responsiveness of their customer service. I bought this grinder for a small project, an off-road bike that I bought for winter restoration. In December she successfully sanded the front and rear fenders. I charged the battery, cleaned the filter and put it in storage. On February 16th, I decided to continue working on the gas tank, since I was grinding it, it decided to die. As I have other Black and Decker 20v power tools (drill, impact wrench and weedwacker) I decided to try their batteries, unfortunately they are still empty. Really disappointed that he only died after grinding 3 things. Now I've started the 2 year warranty process, let's see how it goes, I'll get back to you later.

Pros
  • Eccentric sander
Cons
  • Out of fashion
