This skirt is way better than I expected! It is lined with thick satin with a slight sheen. The fabric is beautiful! The waistband lay nice and flat, and the heels on the skirt were about an inch off the floor, just enough to show off my shoes as I walked. I ordered it in black and wore it with a black crew neck top as shown in the photo. I wore it to a fall wedding and felt comfortable all night. No need for shapewear and I was warm when everyone else was shivering! It also has two deep pockets that can easily store lipstick and other essentials, potentially eliminating the need for a wallet.
