I couldn't help but notice the wide price range for this item. Revain wanted $8 when other sellers were under $2! Since this is a "use up and recycle" item, I decided to pay the exorbitant $6.95 Buy It Now shipping cost and buy 3 for $1.25 each, which resulted in me 3 for $10.70 instead of $24 for the Revain prize. Here's what happened: I received the filters quickly, but NO packaging and NO plastic sleeve, ONLY FILTERS. I agree because as mentioned in another review the plastic cap is pretty much reusable in a quick flush and it seems pointless to replace it every time. and in the end the packaging just ends up in a landfill. CONCLUSION: I'm happy with my purchase, but it should be listed in the catalog as two different items, a "filter set" at a higher price for those who want the whole package, and a filter ONLY for people who only want one want to filter à la carte. (I'll give 5 stars if they fix it. Filters are fine.)
