Fantastic custom knife

Kyocera Ceramic 5.5 inch Santoku Knife with Cane Handle I have had and still have many Kyocera ceramic knives over the years. I love them and think they work. This example is no exception. It's well done and, I'd like to say, as always. These knives are boss. They are made in Japan and the quality shows. Slicing is so good, especially with fruits and veggies. That's where you want to use them. They do not discolour products, do not transfer aromas and do not falsify the taste. It's difficult for mere mortals like us to sharpen properly. The difference with Kyocera is that they sharpen your knives when you pack them up and send them to HQ. and return them. That's customer service. You have to understand that no matter how sharp they are, they are also fragile. You essentially cut with glass. So no hacks or using the tip as a peep. They are special, they will serve you for a long time. This is an amazing and special knife. It's great for prep work and is now even eco-friendly thanks to a new handle design. Get this if you've never had one, it's a great introduction to this incredible family of knives and the company behind it.
