Any 3 tier fountain and this pump were perfect. In the evening the lights cascaded up the waterfall, it just came alive, so beautiful. I bought it in July 2020. It could be kept clean, a good flow of water, all the birds took turns drinking and bathing in the fountain. They would have had a fit if I hadn't turned it on early in the morning. Today was a sad day as the pump stopped working. The pump was easy to disassemble but the inside was clean, I thought maybe there was a frog in there but no. The problem was that when the cord is stuck in the electrical connector, when it leans towards the ground, the plastic on the wires is exposed and then broken. I'm so sad I spend time outside on the patio. Maybe it's still under warranty and I'll get a new one.
