Updated: After 7 months both mics started cutting out very often to the point of being unusable. I have contacted support several times but have not received a reply. I have bought products from this company before as they tend to offer good quality at low prices but at this point it seems they have given up on quality and customer service. This is a good wireless system, especially for the price. I got it for some gigs at my school where wireless comes in handy. But since the school is closed (pandemic time) I tried it at home. I connected it to my MacBook Air via a USB audio interface and then recorded while walking around the house, entering different rooms, going up and down stairs. None of the microphones were ever muted. They sounded great. I wholeheartedly support this microphone setup. Now for a deeper dive. It requires AA batteries, so you'll have to pick them up. I recommend rechargeable ones so you can charge them a day before use. When I opened it I was amazed at the overall quality. The plastic case isn't the thickest, but it seems to be quite good. But everything else seemed great. The handles felt firm and didn't dangle, as did the antennas. The cable output jack was also nice and practical. The mics felt very solid and reliable, like they could take some abuse. The power cord was a power cord, worked well and fit snugly into the unit. I was very impressed with the included output cable which I used to connect to my audio interface. It feels like quality. It has thick insulation and cast ends. In general this is very good and considering the price even better. A $20 discount coupon is currently available, making the offer even more attractive.
