I bought the 3" Queen. I'm 32 years old and have moderate rheumatoid arthritis, spinal injuries, and other orthopedic issues. This is the best damn decision I've made in a long time. I made this Read most of the reviews as 4" was too much. So I chose 3". I don't overheat, my friend who sleeps much warmer than me doesn't overheat either. The 4 corners have comfortable straps that wrap around the 4 corners of the wrap mattress to keep it in place arrived i took it out of the box put it in a separate room took it out of the plastic let it inflate for 24 hours i went over it so the memory foam worked well. sprinkled some Febreeze (because it got rid of inventory wrap smell) I sleep better in this bed than anywhere else, my pain level has decreased from tossing/turning over a hard pillow with crushing llen developed into sleeping like a log. It's not too soft. and not difficult. It has the right amount of recoil where any position is possible. Most importantly, I don't grunt like I used to when I get up in the morning. I can absolutely recommend this topper, if in doubt it's worth it. Cost (too bad I didn't buy it sooner)
