Easy to use and works perfectly

Although I wasn't thrilled that the item came from China. It worked decently when I finally put it around my neck properly. The stylist could prevent the hair from flying across the floor, and it tended to gather in a heap from which it could then be easily shed. Thanks, and I made a deal with a deal site on the price (for disclosure purposes).
