The goods were well packaged, arrived very quickly and has a pleasant scent. It comes in tiny granules, making it easy to melt when needed. It really looks like a very high quality product. Maybe I didn't read carefully enough when ordering, but the box says it's assembled in China and distributed by a company in Kentucky. I tend to shop in the US and would probably look for a different brand if I saw this but having actually used this product I am satisfied I made a good purchase and would buy again. This is really good stuff. The packaging also states that they will refund your purchase if you are not satisfied and that they must offer 'same day customer service'. Didn't have to ask about returns, but it's nice that they have that information right on the box. I would like to add that the bag it comes in is a thick strong plastic bag that can be resealed. I've read other comments that say there is a chemical smell, but I'm wondering if they smell like the bag and not the product itself? I am not sure.
