Very happy with this purchase!

This bundle of scissors is so reasonably priced I didn't expect more than a pair of medium sized scissors BUT I couldn't be happier with what I got! They are very high quality in the hand and also have a good selection of colors. But the most important thing is the cut quality. I chose 1 pair for the kitchen, 1 pair for various needs and gave 1 to my teenage son. When using 1 pair on paper and for general cutting needs they cut quickly and effortlessly. Then, using the kitchen steamer, I tried them for the first time on raw bacon (something I've always found very difficult to cut) and the results amazed me. I cut RAW BACON fast, clean and easy! They have tarnished a bit over the many months of use, but that's to be expected with any blade. I haven't tried sharpening the blades although I think it will work. Any of my future needs for medium to large sized scissors will be completely satisfied by buying the same set again!

All-Purpose Scissors: cuts smooth and clean for carving and trimming raw meat, slicing roast pork into chunks, separating pork ribs, trimming poultry bones, dissecting multiple whole chickens (at the joints and between the breast bones and along the spine). ) and cut fat from chicken breasts, open packaging of frozen meat or other food, easily and efficiently cut bacon, peel seafood, cut some camping chicken breasts.
