Review on Hoover Elite Vacuum Cleaner 38528 040 by Crystal Bryant

Nice to get 3 in a pack just in case I need more than one. The straps appear to be very strong. I had a really hard time putting the belt on at first. At first I tried putting a belt on the brush roller, installing the roller and trying to pull it up to the motor's metal pin, but couldn't reach it. Then I took the belt off again and tried to pry it apart with my hands but damn these things are cool! I couldn't stretch it that much, and when I put it back on the brushroll, it couldn't handle the stretch I was putting into it. right in front of the metal motor pin, hooked the strap around the motor pin, then pulled and then pushed the brushroll up and to where it spins. It was so hard I thought something might break, but it didn't. The brush roller seems to be made out of fairly hard plastic so it shouldn't break. Also, the brushroll seems to snap into place, so despite applying a lot of pressure, the belt held securely in place. Hope this helps someone else!
