Made cheap? to Collars made of bark

I have bought this collar twice. I will say that it is simple and effective. It worked great the first time until I dropped it on our hardwood floors. Broken. No problems with buttons or controls. The second time I bought it recently, it was taken out of the box and the buttons didn't work properly. I pushed the buttons really hard to get it to work and 9/10 times it didn't light up at all. I got lucky with the first collar and it was tested before it was packed and sent to me. I have no idea. I will not buy this collar again and do not recommend it as it is not totally reliable.
